After working as employees together for 25 years, Dave and Grant decided to start their own business in October 2015, Cruse + Homes Ltd.
Dave has worked in the production of Schuco aluminium systems for 15 years, carrying out all aspects of the works including measuring, ordering materials, manufacturing, maintenance and fitting the final product.
Grant has worked as a carpenter and a contracts manager, dealing with general maintenance, managing employees and sub-contractors. Grant has 36 years experience of working in school offices, hospitals and domestic buildings.
